Meeting Rooms & Exhibit Spaces

The Library has made the Auditorium and Conference room available for reservation/rental for civic, cultural, educational, intellectual, or charitable purposes.  Groups wishing to reserve these spaces should complete an online application.

Rooms may not be used for any meeting sponsored by or for a commercial organization or purpose at which goods or services are advertised or sold whether for profit or to raise funds.

Applicant Procedures

  1. A meeting room use application must be completed four weeks in advance of the requested date.
  2. Applications will be reviewed and approved by Library Administration.
  3. Reservations are not confirmed until the applicant is notified by the Library.
