Meeting Spaces

Applicant Procedures

  1. Application for the use of these areas shall be made in writing at least two weeks in advance on forms supplied by the Library and must be approved by the Director and/or the Board of Trustees.
  2. Reservations are not confirmed until the application had been signed by the appropriate Library administrator and returned to the organization representative.
  3. First time applicants must provide written information about their organization such as a statement of purpose, sample publications, etc.
