The Montclair Literary Festival is presented by Succeed2gether in conjunction with Montclair Public Library, Watchung Booksellers, and Montclair Art Museum, with the support of Montclair State University and many others. The Festival is a celebration of reading, writing, ideas and all things book-related. Drop in for an hour or stay all day, but be sure to join us to celebrate Montclair and reading for all.

  • 1:30 – 2:30 pm The Story Behind the Story  Bruce Coville has published over 100 books for kids featuring magic and monsters, unicorns and aliens. Find out where his ideas come from as he tells the story behind the story of The Monster’s Ring, the first book in The Magic Shop Series.
