11195Come meet with Durelle McPherson, Manager of Community Impact-Income at the United Way of Northern NJ, and with Kate Potters, volunteer career coach and co-founder of the Glenmont Group, to learn how the United Way of Norther NJ supports local job seekers and get some advice from the pros!

The United Way of Northern NJ helps low-income families and individuals leap forward in their careers. Whether it is connecting job seekers with the most current local job information or providing access to education and training programs that adequately prepare people for those jobs, they are working to ensure everyone in our communities has access to the support they need for getting and keeping a job with a livable wage. The United Way of Northern NJ’s free career coaching program provides professionals with an opportunity to learn techniques for success in the workplace and shares local resources for job training.
