In this program, teen participants will be educated, entertained and inspired
through Rhythm and Poetry (R.A.P.) and Spoken Word.

After learning about the origins of rap and core elements of Hip Hop including Knowledge of Self, participants will enjoy a few different engaging lyrical lesson performances by Myster-E himself.

During the second half of the program, participants will be challenged and encouraged to create their own poem, spoken word, rap, story or acronym on an agreed upon topic or theme.

The program will conclude with participants sharing their poetic self expression with the rest of the audience. This program is not only educational, entertaining and inspiring but also helps build participant member’s confidence with self-expression and public speaking.

Registration required (registration begins Monday, March 25).
