Yoga on the Plaza!
The physical practice of yoga integrates spirit, mind and body while developing strength, flexibility, relaxation and general well being. All movements can be modified to decrease or increase the intensity. Class is an hour long alignment based vinyasa practice. Remember to bring a mat and water!
This is an open level class presented by Misha Hajj, yoga instructor at the YMCA of Montclair. Class will be moved indoors as the weather dictates.
