MPL bookbike

At MPL, we love exploring new technologies and strategies for providing better support for you no matter what stage of life you’re in. Our bookbike allows library staff to bring services out into the community where they should be.

It helps library staff travel the town and get folks signed up for cards, showcase parts of our collection, drop off materials to the homebound, provide free WiFi, and support technology instruction activities. By riding the bookbike to festivals, parades, parks, schools, senior homes and more, we are better able to gauge the needs of the Montclair community and address them accordingly.
