Meeting Spaces

The Library meeting rooms and other areas may be used by community and nonprofit groups whose aims are educational, cultural and/or civic betterment, provided use of these areas does not interfere with regular operation of Library service. The meeting rooms are designed to meet general needs of education and cultural programming including such activities as discussion groups, panels, lectures, record concerts, concerts of small ensembles, storytelling, puppet shows and similar activities. Rooms may not be used for any meeting sponsored by or for a commercial organization or purpose at which goods or services are advertised or sold whether for profit or to raise funds.

POLICY CONCERNING EXHIBITS IN THE MONTCLAIR PUBLIC LIBRARY

 

The Montclair Public Library welcomes exhibits of interest to the community. In order to maintain our standard of excellence and to offer the greatest protection to exhibits and to our exhibitors, there are guidelines.
